General Warranty Conditions

CRParts.es offers at least ONE YEAR warranty for all its products.

Defects covered by the warranty:

  1. Malfunction of physical components (Hardware).


Defects NOT covered by the warranty:

  1. Damages caused by improper use, such as drops, liquid damage, screen cracks, etc.

  2. Damages caused by power surges or voltage drops.

  3. Damages caused by use in incompatible models.

  4. Parts that fail due to wear and tear or continuous use, such as charging ports, keys, etc.


Warranty Service Conditions

  1. The defect must be reported to us immediately.
  1. The customer has 7 business days to check the integrity of all the components and quantities of the order. After the 7 days, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims regarding the quality or quantity of the purchased items will be accepted.
  1. In case of a problem within the first 14 days after receipt, CRParts will handle the collection of the product and the return shipping. After this period, it is considered an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and the costs are shared: the customer pays for the shipping to the workshop located in Orihuela Costa (Alicante), while CRParts handles the return shipping to the customer's address.
  1. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in an equally suitable one. If the merchandise is received damaged or compromised due to insufficient packaging, CRParts is not responsible.
  1. We reserve the right to replace the product with another one of the same, equivalent, or higher quality to resolve the issue.
  1. We are not responsible for data loss or lost profits caused by the defect or during the repair.
  1. To report an issue, the customer must send an email to info@crparts.es indicating the order number. Alternatively, they can call (+34) 691 1264 49 from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please have the order number ready.
