Purchase Terms

Placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general sales terms in effect at that time. Once the order is confirmed, the purchase is considered legally completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the buyer, and from that moment, the prices and conditions become contractual and cannot be changed without the explicit agreement of both parties.


Shipping:

- Delivery times within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands range from 1 to 4 days, depending on the customer's choice. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we strive for transport companies to meet them whenever possible.

- All orders over €15 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are shipped for free via Correos or Correos Express, as chosen by the customer.
The preparation time for the order after purchase ranges from 2 hours to 24 hours, depending on the purchase time.

- The customer has 7 business days to check the integrity of all components and quantities of the requested order. After 7 days, the delivery will be considered accepted, and no claims regarding the quality or quantity of the purchased items will be accepted.

- If a product is received damaged during transport, it is necessary to contact us within the first 48 hours to file a claim with the transport company. It is also advisable to notify the transport company directly:

Returns:

Withdrawal Conditions

- Returns are requested through the website www.crparts.es in the client area -> Order History and Details, by selecting the relevant order.

- The withdrawal notice must be sent within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date. Otherwise, it will be automatically rejected. You will receive an email with return instructions as soon as possible.

- After receiving the return instructions, the goods must be sent without delay to the following address: Compured Computers, Ctra. N-332 Km49 Local 9, 03189 Orihuela Costa. The deadline for delivery is 14 calendar days* from the withdrawal notice. If it does not arrive within the stipulated period, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

- All goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, in perfect state and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. This includes IT products: the operating system must remain unchanged, respecting the original partitions and programs. Hard drives must be free of any foreign content or configurations.

If not, CRParts reserves the right to reject the return or deduct part of the amount for the service to restore the original state for sale.

- The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

- Return of products with gifts, promotions, or closed bundles:

A complete return (full bundle or item + gift) is required to proceed with the refund.

Returns will not be accepted for the following products:

- Digital licenses.

- Consumables.

- New products with altered original packaging.

- Additional services such as assembly of extra parts, installations, services that include labor, etc.

 

*If the 14th day falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is postponed to the next business day.


General Warranty Terms

CRParts offers a one-year warranty on all second-hand spare parts.

Faults Covered by Warranty:

- Malfunction of physical components (Hardware)

Faults NOT Covered by Warranty:

- Damage caused by misuse, such as drops, liquid damage, screen breakage, etc.

- Damage caused by voltage surges or drops.

- Damage caused by using parts in incompatible models.

- Parts that fail due to wear and tear from continuous use, such as charging ports, keys, etc.

 

Warranty Service Terms

- The issue must be reported immediately.

- The customer has 7 business days to check the integrity of all components and quantities of the requested order. After 7 days, the delivery will be considered accepted, and no claims regarding the quality or quantity of the purchased items will be accepted.

- For any issues within the first 14 days after receipt, CRParts will cover the cost of product collection and return shipping. After this period, it will be treated as an RMA, with shared costs: the customer pays the shipping to the workshop located in Orihuela Costa (Alicante), while CRParts covers the return to the customer's address.

- Goods must be returned in their original packaging or another equally suitable one. If the goods arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging, CRParts will not be held responsible.

- We reserve the right to replace the product with another one to resolve the issue, provided it is equal, equivalent, or superior in quality.

- We are not responsible for data loss or loss of profits caused by the defect or during the repair process.

- To report an issue, the customer must send an email to info@crparts.es indicating the order number and purchased product. Alternatively, the customer can call (+34) 691 1264 49, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please have the order number ready.
