Order Processing:

All orders placed with CRParts are processed within a maximum of one business day. Please note that orders placed after 12:30 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

For mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands:

At CRParts, shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are FREE with a minimum purchase of €15. For orders under €15, the following rates apply:

Collection at Correos Office or Citypaq (1-2 days): 2,95

Correos Standard Pack – Home Delivery (2-4 days): 2,95€

Correos Standard Pack Balearic Islands – Home Delivery (2-4 days): 2,95€

Correos Express Balearic Islands (2-3 days): 4,95€

Correos Express Balearic Islands (2-3 days): 4,95€

Damage during Transport:

You have 48 hours to check the integrity of all components in the order and to verify that everything that should be included is present. After 48 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for damage or issues caused during shipping will not be accepted.

If you receive a product damaged during transport, it is recommended to contact us within the first 24 hours so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
